Returns

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Commissioned projects, including custom flags, are non-refundable. We can not allow the cancellation of an item, as all custom items are made to order. We have time and resources dedicated to an item from the time an order is placed.

Non-customized item(s) and stock items are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

Returns and exchanges can be accepted up to 7 days after the receipt of the item. We will do our best before the order being completed to make sure any questions are answered and that you know what to expect when your order arrives. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Used items will not receive refunds. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. There will be a 10% restocking fee on returns. Clearance and custom items cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Should you experience any issue receiving your order, please reach out to us with a picture of the item and box you received the product in at greymuzzlewoodwork@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order. Once 7 days have passed since delivery, we will no longer issue replacements.

Shipping

Our current lead time is 4-6 weeks for most stock projects. Custom flags and home decor can take an additional 2 weeks depending on level of customization. Large furniture pieces such as tablesdesks, and consoles typically take around 8-12 weeks, depending on time of year. Send a request for a quote  if you are interested in current pricing and a time frame. Please feel free to reach out as well if you have any question 

Every Grey Muzzle piece is hand-crafted to order by Dean and Kendall, which just means we do not keep a stock of any items that are finished. We only build pieces once the specific sizes and colors have been chosen by the customer. Occasionally we will have "Ready to Ship" items that are available because we either needed pictures of a certain finish, had spare time to work ahead on our most popular stock items, or had an extra piece made when crafting a current order. If you need a piece by a certain date, please email us at greymuzzlewoodwork@gmail.com to get current lead time on exact piece you are interested in.

Currently we are only shipping to the US. However, check back soon to see if our shipping has expanded.
